Information Security Policy

As a company engaged in the operation of information technology, Industrial Algebra Inc. is committed to contributing to the advancement of networks and society by providing services that customers can use with confidence.
To this end, we recognize that protecting the information entrusted to us by our customers from various threats and implementing appropriate security management measures are essential responsibilities of an information technology company.
Based on this philosophy, we hereby establish the following security policy as the standard for our safety management.

  • We comply with the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and other laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines related to information security, as well as with contractual security requirements.
  • We establish criteria for managing information security risks, periodically evaluate their adequacy, and revise them as necessary.
  • We ensure that all employees fully recognize the importance of information security and engage in their duties with appropriate education and training.
  • We strive to prevent information security incidents, and in the event that an incident occurs, we respond promptly to minimize damage and prevent recurrence.
